6 Days Chimpanzee Habituation and Gorilla Habituation Tour.
Uganda is well known as the primate capital pf Africa and the world and the mountain gorillas and chimpanzees are the highlight of every primate safari in Uganda and Africa, with habituation experience for both mountain gorillas and chimpanzees give you the opportunity to spend 4 hours to normal trekking which allows you only 1 hour with them.

Day 1: arrival in Uganda
Day 2: Drive to Bwindi impenetrable forest.
Day 3: Gorilla habituation experience in Bwindi forest
Day 4: Drive to Kibale forest
Day 5: Chimpanzee habituation in kibale forest
Day 6: Drive back to Entebbe airport.

Day 1: Arrival in Kampala.
On your arrival to Entebbe airport you will be welcomed by our guide who will transfer you to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable forest national Park.
After an early breakfast we shall drive to Bwindi forest, this drive takes you through different towns and villages where you will enjoy fruit and vegetable on the roadside markets, on the stopover at the Uganda equator monument for photography moments, next stop will be in Mbarara town for lunch and after this, you will proceed with the driver to Bwindi forest.
Accommodation: Rushaga gorilla camp.

Day 3: Gorilla habituation Experience in Bwindi forest.
After breakfast early in the morning, your guide will transfer you to Rushaga sector headquarters in Bwindi forest for briefing and guidance on what to expect during mountain gorilla habituation, during this activity you will be guided by professional researchers and well experienced park rangers.
This Gorilla habituation experience gives you 4 hours with mountain gorillas, habituation experience also gives the opportunity to get a closer look in their life whereby get a lot of information from the rangers and researchers who have been following those gorilla family under the habituation process.

Day 4: drive from Bwindi forest to kibale forest.
After breakfast start the drive from Bwindi forest to Kibale forest national park for chimpanzee habituation. The drive from Rushaga sector to kibale forest takes you through different villages, terraced hills and Queen Elizabeth national park, have a stopover in fort portal for lunch and continue to kibale forest national park for dinner and overnight as you prepare for chimpanzee habituation the next day.

Day 5: Chimpanzee habituation experience in Kibale forest national park.
After an early breakfast, you will be transferred to the briefing center, and after you will enter kibale forest and start a chimpanzee habituation experience guided by professional researchers and well experienced park rangers. Once you find a chimpanzee you will be able to spend up to 4 hours with it.
You will be required to take packed lunch and also enough drinking water because this activity takes between 6 to 8 hours which is almost the whole day as you interact with 99 percent of human’s closet relatives the chimpanzees.

Day 6: Drive back to Entebbe airport.
After breakfast your driver will transfer you back to Entebbe airport marking the end of 6 days gorilla and chimpanzee habituation experience.
